Pratik Vaja has been appointed as the AVP – Head of Marketing at Licious, India’s leading D2C fresh meat and seafood brand, effective July 2025. Based in Bengaluru, he brings with him a robust blend of strategic marketing leadership and deep consumer insight developed through a decade-long journey across India’s top FMCG and retail brands.
Prior to joining Licious, Pratik served as Head of Marketing and CRM at More Retail, where he led a 22-member team and crafted a ₹120 Cr+ marketing calendar, repositioned the brand, and launched a high-impact loyalty program contributing to 75% of the company’s revenue. His strategic direction enabled More to open 70 stores in 10 months and accelerate its transition toward data-driven marketing.
Pratik also held key marketing and brand leadership roles at ITC, where he managed iconic brands like YiPPee! Noodles and Pasta. He drove brand renovations, owned the P&L of ₹400 Cr+ portfolios, and led initiatives across ATL, BTL, and digital media. His earlier stints included roles in trade marketing, e-commerce, frozen foods, and national brand launches.
An alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Pratik is known for his strong command over retail marketing, brand architecture, CRM, and campaign innovation. His appointment is poised to further strengthen Licious’ consumer connect and accelerate growth in a competitive and fast-evolving category.
