Kavita Fadnis has been appointed as Director – HR (South Asia) at Egis in India, bringing with her over 24 years of strategic leadership experience in the People and Culture function. She is widely recognized for her ability to drive organizational transformation through innovative HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent development. With proven expertise in large-scale hiring initiatives, employer branding transformation, and data-driven recruitment, Kavita has successfully worked across diverse industries and geographies.
Prior to joining Egis in India, Kavita had an illustrious tenure of over 14 years at IPE Global Limited, where she served as Vice President – Human Resource and earlier as Associate Vice President – HR. She played a crucial role in designing and executing talent strategies for both growth-stage and mature organizations, with a strong emphasis on diversity, digital enablement, and future-readiness. Her career also includes running her own HR consulting practice, as well as key roles at IL&FS IDC, Ebony Retail Holdings Ltd., and Tata Motors, where she contributed to training and development, business process improvement, and employee engagement.
Throughout her career, Kavita has been known for building lean HR functions, navigating complex change management processes, and championing employee experience at all levels. Her leadership style blends data-driven decision-making with a people-first approach, enabling her to shape agile, future-ready organizations.
