Anand Saha has been appointed Senior Director of Engineering at Razorpay, strengthening the company’s technology leadership as it continues to scale platforms powering India’s digital economy. In his new role, Anand will focus on building highly resilient, scalable engineering systems while driving innovation across Razorpay’s core financial technology platforms.
Anand brings over 15 years of experience across product engineering, platform scalability, and technical leadership. Prior to joining Razorpay, he spent nearly a decade at Games24x7, where he most recently served as AVP – Engineering. There, he led platform engineering initiatives, building systems capable of handling massive transaction volumes while improving service performance and accelerating delivery for multiple product teams.
During his tenure at Games24x7, Anand also played a pivotal role as Director and Associate Director, leading RummyCircle’s product engineering. He scaled engineering operations, established new pods to drive faster execution, and led critical tech stack migrations across backend and frontend systems—future-proofing platforms while keeping customer experience at the center of development.
Earlier in his career, Anand held engineering roles at BT, Misys, and Infosys, where he worked on large-scale enterprise platforms spanning telecom, banking, and global supply chains. Known for his strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on engineering leadership, Anand’s appointment reflects Razorpay’s continued focus on building robust, high-impact technology to support the next phase of India’s digital growth.
