Prior to joining Innova Solutions, Rajan Gupta served as Senior Vice President and Global Head – Delivery at Coforge, where he played a critical role in managing large, geographically distributed teams and delivering complex transformation initiatives for global clients. His tenure at Coforge was marked by strong execution discipline, operational rigor, and a consistent focus on improving delivery performance across portfolios.
