Pandey brings extensive cross-sector experience across manufacturing, operations, supply-chain strategy, and enterprise transformation. Prior to this, he served as CEO of Orient Cables, where he strengthened market positioning and streamlined operations. His earlier leadership roles at Exicom Tele Systems Ltd, PINCAP, and Tikona Infinet further shaped his understanding of scalable operations, organizational growth, and profitability enhancement.
