Prior to this, Ajay Kumar spent over a decade at Aptean, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Principal Architect (Technology Director), Senior Architect, and Architect. During his tenure, he worked closely with C-level leadership to translate business strategies into robust IT programs, defined enterprise architecture roadmaps, and drove IT strategy aligned with organizational goals. He also played a key role in architecture governance, established technical councils, implemented Agile methodologies to improve time-to-market, and built DevOps frameworks that significantly enhanced organizational maturity and efficiency.
Earlier, he worked at Aditi Technologies as an Architect, contributing to solution design, project leadership, and technology strategy, followed by a long tenure at SunGard, where he held roles as Technical Architect, Sr. Software Specialist, and Software Specialist. In these roles, he led multiple scrum teams, developed architectural frameworks, created POCs, and mentored teams while ensuring seamless coordination between business and technology functions.
He began his career at Adea Solutions as a Software Specialist, where he focused on business requirement analysis, design architecture, and implementation support, building a strong foundation in software engineering and enterprise systems.
