Prior to this, Amit served as Senior Director Finance– Asia, Middle East, and Africa for Procter & Gamble, Healthcare category spanning across multiple high-growth markets. During his tenure, he spearheaded key initiatives including strategy, global supply network design, and managed investments for manufacturing expansion, while also shaping long-term productivity and growth roadmaps for category leadership.
Earlier, Amit held the role of CFO and Executive Director at Procter & Gamble Health Limited, where he was instrumental in driving successful transition and integration of Merck Consumer Health business and organisation unlocking sustainable growth and value creation. His career also includes leadership roles at Merck Group and Sanofi, where he played a pivotal role in regional finance transformation, strategic planning, and operational excellence across complex healthcare businesses.
Amit began his career with organizations such as ITC Ltd and Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd, building a strong foundation in financial planning, audit, and business partnering.
