Ashwini Duvvuri has been appointed as Head of Commercial Tower at Mattel Inc. In her new role, she will lead the Commercial Technology tower for MTIC India, driving strategy, delivery, and operations across enterprise platforms supporting Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations. She will oversee commercial systems including Anaplan, Salesforce, EDI/B2B integrations, and related platforms while managing offshore engineering, QA, and support teams in Hyderabad.
Ashwini will work closely with global stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and business-critical technology solutions that power planning, sales execution, integrations, and operational excellence across markets. Her expertise spans enterprise technology transformation, large-scale delivery management, cross-functional operations, and strategic program execution.
Prior to joining Mattel Inc, Ashwini was associated with PepsiCo, where she served as Deputy Director and earlier as Program Manager, contributing across product management, analytics, agile transformation, and enterprise delivery initiatives. Before PepsiCo, she worked as Technical Delivery Manager at Qentelli and Project Manager at MOURI Tech, leading global delivery, DevOps, and program management initiatives. She also held leadership positions at Wipro Limited as Program Manager and Practice Manager, focusing on Salesforce platforms, practice management, and enterprise technology operations.
Earlier in her career, Ashwini worked with Innominds as Resource Manager, Infosys as Project Manager and Technical Lead, Mahindra Satyam as Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd as Software Engineer. With deep expertise across enterprise systems, commercial technology, digital transformation, delivery governance, and operational leadership, her appointment highlights Mattel Inc’s commitment to strengthening its technology and commercial operations leadership globally.
