Sunil Mohta has been elevated to Director, Global SAP AMS Management at PepsiCo, marking another significant milestone in his accomplished career spanning more than two decades across IT service management, digital transformation, program delivery, and enterprise technology leadership. In his new global role, he will lead SAP sustain operations, driving the transition to a scalable managed services model while integrating AI and automation to enhance efficiency, agility, and service excellence across PepsiCo’s global technology landscape.
A seasoned technology leader, Sunil brings extensive expertise in solutions and program delivery, IT service management, product management, and business development. Over the years, he has developed deep domain knowledge across Commercial, Go-To-Market, Sales Transformation, Supply Chain, B2B, and Middleware applications, consistently delivering business-centric technology solutions with a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.
Sunil has been associated with PepsiCo for over five years, steadily progressing through leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Manager, Deputy Director, Associate Director – Business Engagement Lead PGT, and now Director, Global SAP AMS Management. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening business engagement, driving technology transformation initiatives, and enabling enterprise-wide service excellence through innovative and scalable solutions.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Sunil served as Manager Consulting at Cognizant, where he led digital transformation programs for global Retail and Consumer Goods clients, delivering solutions across CRM, analytics, sales transformation, and customer engagement. Earlier, he held the position of Senior Consultant at Cognizant, managing strategic pursuits and large transformation deals. He also worked as Advisory System Analyst at IBM, leading EDI and enterprise integration programs for global consumer goods and food companies, and began his professional journey as an EDI Specialist at Infosys, delivering enterprise integration solutions for leading multinational organizations.
