With over 15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, Yogesh has successfully led enterprise digital transformation initiatives across a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, Education, Non-profit, Staffing, Travel & Hospitality, and Professional Services. His expertise spans enterprise architecture, solution consulting, pre-sales, delivery leadership, practice development, and AI-powered CRM transformation.
As Vice President – Salesforce, Yogesh will focus on expanding Dotsquares’ Salesforce practice across global markets, building strategic relationships with customers, Salesforce, and technology partners, driving enterprise adoption of AI-powered Salesforce solutions including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Industry Clouds, scaling high-performing consulting, architecture, delivery, and pre-sales teams, strengthening delivery governance and Salesforce best practices, and enabling customers to achieve measurable business outcomes through scalable and future-ready Salesforce solutions.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Yogesh is deeply committed to the Salesforce community. He is the Founder of the Trailblazers In Campus initiative, a community-driven program dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Salesforce professionals by educating students, mentoring aspiring Trailblazers, and creating career opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
He also serves as the Leader of the Salesforce Admin Group – Jaipur, where he actively brings together professionals, students, MVPs, and industry experts to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the Salesforce community.
