Sagar Bahri has been appointed as Director – Growth at BluTech Talent (SAP Partner), where he will lead the company’s growth initiatives and business expansion across Pan India. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening client partnerships, expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and driving the company’s growth strategy across the HR technology ecosystem.
With over 14 years of experience in enterprise technology, business development, and global HR technology solutions, Sagar brings extensive expertise across SAP SuccessFactors, HRMS, Global Payroll, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business ByDesign, enterprise SaaS, and digital HR transformation. Prior to joining BluTech Talent, he served as Regional Business Head at Alldigi Tech Ltd. (a Digitide company) and held leadership and business development roles at Adrenalin eSystems Ltd. (Adrenalin.hr), Alldigi Tech Ltd., In2IT Enterprise Business Services, and Speridian Technologies.
Throughout his career, Sagar has worked closely with CHROs, CIOs, CFOs, and HR leaders, helping organizations modernize their HR technology landscape and adopt scalable enterprise solutions.
