RDash has appointed Rajgopal Nair as Chief Business Officer (CBO), strengthening its leadership team as the AI-powered construction management platform enters its next phase of growth. In his new role, Rajgopal will lead sales, business development, and commercial expansion across India, the GCC, and other strategic international markets.
Rajgopal brings more than two decades of experience in technology and construction, with most of his career spent at Autodesk, where he most recently led Strategic Territory Business for India and SAARC. Over the years, he has worked closely with developers, contractors, consultants, and infrastructure companies, helping them adopt technology-led solutions and accelerate digital transformation across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) ecosystem.
His experience spans enterprise sales, strategic business development, customer engagement, digital transformation, and team leadership. He has built long-term relationships with industry stakeholders and helped technology solutions translate into measurable business outcomes. This combination of construction-industry knowledge and enterprise technology expertise positions him strongly to drive RDash’s commercial strategy and global growth.
