Anuj Khanduja has been appointed as Deputy Vice President at Thomas Assessments, part of the CIEL HR Group, bringing more than two decades of experience across sales, business development, key account management, HR solutions, and talent assessment. In his new role, he will contribute to strengthening business growth and client partnerships for Thomas Assessments.
Prior to joining Thomas Assessments, Anuj served as Director – Sales at BYLD Group, where he led the pan-India sales function. Before that, he was Assistant Vice President – Corporate Sales & Account Management at AuthBridge, driving corporate business development and account relationships.
His earlier leadership experience includes serving as Program Manager – India/APME at Right Management, General Manager at Avanta Business Centre, and Regional Manager – North India at Lexplosion Solutions. He also held the position of Unit Manager – North at Dun & Bradstreet India, where he developed corporate business and key accounts across North India.
Anuj began his career with Thomas International as Business Manager, followed by his early professional experience as Sales Officer at NIS Sparta (a Reliance Communications organisation). With extensive experience across Thomas International, Dun & Bradstreet India, Lexplosion Solutions, Avanta Business Centre, Right Management, AuthBridge, and BYLD Group, he brings a strong understanding of B2B sales, HR technology, assessments, business development, and strategic client management to his new role.
