Shubhra Mittal has been appointed as Head – People Operations, India & International Business (Asia, Middle East & Africa) at K&A Power, where she will lead the organisation’s people agenda across India and key international markets. Her appointment comes as K&A continues to strengthen its organisational capabilities and expand its presence across global markets.
With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and people leadership, Shubhra brings expertise across Talent Acquisition, People Strategy, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Transformation, Employee Engagement, and Compliance. She has worked across South Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and European markets, supporting businesses across infrastructure, transportation, water, power, energy, and buildings.
Prior to joining K&A, Shubhra served as Head – Talent Acquisition, India at SJ-SMEC, where she led talent and workforce initiatives for large-scale infrastructure businesses. Earlier, she spent nearly years with Egis, gaining broad HR leadership experience across talent management, leadership development, HR automation, performance management, and employee engagement.
In her new role, Shubhra will focus on strengthening people strategy, building leadership and talent capabilities, developing scalable HR processes, and enhancing employee experience while aligning workforce priorities with K&A’s growth plans. Her cross-market experience positions her well to support the organisation’s next phase of expansion across India, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
