Dr. Padam Narayan has been appointed as Sr. Vice President – Projects at DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited, bringing extensive experience in renewable energy project management, PMO governance, contract management, and techno-commercial planning.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Sr. General Manager at Oriano Clean Energy, where he led PMO implementation, project governance, digital transformation, risk management, and portfolio monitoring to strengthen project delivery and decision-making.
Before Oriano, Dr. Narayan spent over a decade with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), managing utility-scale solar projects across feasibility, procurement, execution, contracts, and closure. He also contributed to major renewable energy initiatives, including large-scale solar and hybrid projects.
Earlier in his career, he held multiple project engineering and management roles at Larsen & Toubro, building strong expertise across solar engineering, project planning, business development, and execution. His diverse experience positions him to drive project excellence and support DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited’s continued growth in the renewable energy sector.
