Nachiket Badnore has been appointed as Vice President & BU Head – ESBS at Everest Industries Limited, marking a new chapter in a distinguished career spanning more than two decades in engineering, project management, proposals, business leadership and industrial solutions. His move to Everest follows 23 fulfilling years with Sulzer India, where he held several leadership positions across project management, logistics, proposals and business operations.
During his extensive tenure at Sulzer, Nachiket served as Director, General Manager – Static Mixer Business for Europe, Africa, Middle East & India, Head – Proposals & Project Management, and Head – Project Management & Logistics. He worked extensively across global projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical industries, partnering with leading organizations including Shell, Exxon, CB&I, Lummus, Foster Wheeler, Linde Group, Saudi Aramco and Petrofac, as well as Indian clients such as Reliance Group, IOC, EIL, HPCL, BPCL and HMEL. His experience also covered collaboration with global licensors and EPC companies, business expansion initiatives and sales support across the Sulzer Chemtech business.
Nachiket began his professional journey at SS Techno Services Pvt. Ltd., Pune, as a Senior Project Engineer, gaining foundational experience across order intake, mechanical design and equipment solutions for chemical and food-processing
industries. Over the years, his technical depth, client-centric approach and leadership capabilities earned him eight promotions and four annual performance awards at Sulzer. At Everest Industries, he brings this rich blend of engineering expertise, global project exposure and business leadership to his new responsibility of driving the ESBS business towards its next phase of growth.
