Sripathi Sripada has been appointed as Chief Delivery & Transformation Officer (CDTO) at Indium, bringing more than 25 years of experience across technology services, digital transformation, and global delivery leadership. In his new role, he will lead Indium’s Delivery and Transformation agenda, with a focus on strengthening operational excellence, accelerating AI-led innovation, and creating greater value for clients.
Over the course of his career, Sripathi has led large-scale transformation and growth initiatives for clients across diverse industries, including Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, High-Tech, Travel, and the Public Sector. His extensive global delivery experience has enabled organizations to navigate complex transformation journeys while building scalable and high-performing delivery models.
Prior to joining Indium, Sripathi served as Senior Vice President and Delivery Head at Coforge, where he was responsible for driving delivery for a significant portion of the US
business. His leadership played an important role in advancing AI-first transformation, Agentic AI adoption, and delivery excellence across global client engagements.
As CDTO at Indium, Sripathi will focus on strengthening the organization’s delivery capabilities and advancing its transformation agenda through AI, Innovation & Engineering, positioning the company for its next phase of technology-led growth.
