Sujoy Dutta has been appointed as Lead – Protection, Retirement & Business Insurance at Aviva India Life Insurance Company Limited, taking on a role focused on strengthening key business segments and supporting the organisation’s growth across protection, retirement and business insurance.
Prior to this appointment, Sujoy was associated with Kotak Life as Zone Head – L&D for East & North East, where he was responsible for driving learning and development initiatives across the region. His experience in working with teams and business functions brings a strong understanding of capability building and business-oriented leadership.
