Dr. Tanvi Chaturvedi has been elevated to Chief Executive Officer at Jombay, taking on the responsibility of driving the company’s growth and advancing its mission to make talent and learning decisions across enterprises smarter through psychology and Tech/AI. Her focus will include strengthening Jombay’s assessment and development capabilities, AI-led talent intelligence and science-backed solutions across the HR lifecycle.
Before her elevation, Tanvi held multiple leadership roles over 10 years at Jombay. As Head – Talent Advisory, Research, Product Development & Innovation and before that, as the Global Practice, Business Leader & Chief Psychologist for Talent Assessments – she contributed to Jombay’s work in assessment technology, behavioural science, leadership development and digital learning across multiple geographies.
Tanvi’s earlier entrepreneurial journey also includes Managing Partner at MindSprouts Solutions, where she worked across talent identification and development, competency assessments, assessment tools, surveys, inventories and HR consulting. She also spent several years with Pearson Talentles, serving as the Product Development Lead, working on psychological research, psychometric products, leadership assessments, behavioural profiling and consulting assignments.
Earlier in her career, Tanvi was a Representative of The Psychometrics Centre after she completed her MPhil in Social & Developmental Psychology from the University of Cambridge. She published her thesis on “Facebook Profile Image – Mirror to Your IQ?” and, as part of her PhD, also developed a model for employee retention, C.A.R.E. (Employee Retention).
With extensive 20+ yrs of experience across psychology, talent assessment, product innovation and people development, Tanvi brings a strong combination of behavioural science and business leadership to her elevated role at Jombay.
