On August 31, 2026, the acquisition brings PlayDenโs community-first esports platform into Fractal KXโs ecosystem focused on identity, learning, competition, and gameplay intelligence. Founded by Shashank M Reddy, PlayDen serves primarily Indian gamers through daily scrims and tournaments and has built a community of more than 22,000 registered users and 5,000+ monthly active users.
PlayDen brings more than tournament technology, with its team developing strong expertise in engaging and retaining Gen Z gamers. Its daily scrims, competitive tournaments, and community activities create consistent opportunities for participation, recognition, and progression. Shashank M Reddy will continue managing PlayDen, ensuring continuity for its community, while Fractal KX will provide technology, operational capabilities, and access to its broader esports ecosystem.
The acquisition also strengthens PlayDenโs connection with Arena ID, Fractal KXโs verified identity and professional record platform for players, coaches, organizers, and other esports participants.
