PTC has elevated Kanisha Raina to the position of Vice President, Human Resources. With two decades of experience in HR leadership, Raina brings a wealth of expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as large-scale business transformation.
Before this elevation, Raina served as Vice President, Human Resources at Fiserv, where she played a pivotal role in developing high-performing teams, driving strategic HR initiatives, and enhancing employee experience. She has also held leadership roles at IBM and BNY Mellon, where she was instrumental in HR transformation, workforce planning, and capability building.
Throughout her career, Raina has been recognized for her impact in the HR domain, earning accolades such as the Best Alumna Achiever award from SIBM and the Leader of the Year award at Fiserv. She is also an advocate for DEI and has led multiple employee resource groups to foster inclusivity in the workplace.
