Sasank Jammi has been elevated to Director – Human Resources at Bhanzu, marking an important milestone in his leadership journey across HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Payroll, and HRIS. In his elevated role, he leads key people functions while continuing to strengthen the organization’s people strategy, operational excellence, and scalable HR ecosystem.
At Bhanzu, Sasank has played a significant role in building the organization’s Performance Management System end to end, from designing the policy framework and handbook to implementing the process on Keka HRMS. He has also standardized SOPs, HR policies, and employee lifecycle processes, helping strengthen scalability, compliance, and audit readiness across the organization.
Prior to Bhanzu, Sasank served as Senior Manager – HRBP at Vedantu, where he led the complete HR charter for the Academic function along with organization-wide onboarding. Earlier, at ValueMomentum, he partnered with a key corporate engagement as an HR Business Partner, building further expertise in strategic people partnering and organizational support.
His career foundation was built at Tata Consultancy Services, where he began as a System Engineer before transitioning into Human Resources. At TCS, he served as Lead HR Business Partner for the Microsoft Azure business unit and led initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Engagement CoE, and PULSE, the organization’s annual associate engagement and satisfaction survey. He was also part of the core team involved in drafting business- and employee-centric HR policies and led the Contextual Masters Program for the Quality Engineering & Transformation business unit.
