Shoeb Hashim has been appointed as Vice President – Country Sales Head at Global Green Grid, taking on a strategic leadership mandate within the organisation’s global hyperscale and AI infrastructure business. Based in Bengaluru, he brings extensive experience across data centres, enterprise technology, telecommunications and large-scale IT services.
Prior to joining Global Green Grid, Shoeb served as Regional Sales Director – Data Centre at CapitaLand Data Centre Services, following leadership roles with Nxtra by Airtel and ST Telemedia Global Data Centres. His experience spans data centre sales, enterprise accounts, strategic business development and building growth opportunities across a rapidly evolving digital infrastructure landscape.
Earlier in his career, Shoeb held leadership positions at NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure, India, and Tata Communications Transformation Services, where he worked on transformational IT services deals, enterprise account strategy, consulting and outsourcing opportunities. His exposure also includes the Middle East market, with experience in Saudi Arabia’s telecom and enterprise ecosystem.
With a career spanning technology, telecommunications, enterprise sales and digital infrastructure, Shoeb’s appointment marks another step in his leadership journey and positions him to drive country-level sales growth as the demand for hyperscale data centres and AI infrastructure continues to accelerate.
