Himadri Das has been appointed as CEO & Executive Director in BEZEL Solutions, bringing nearly 2 decades of expertise in HR, CSR, ESG, and Organizational transformation. In his new role, he will lead advisory & implementation services focused on Sustainable HR practices, ESG compliance frameworks, and Culture-driven workplace strategies.
Throughout his career, Himadri has partnered with global organizations including SONY Electronics, KONE Corporation, SGS, and the Aditya Birla Group, working closely with founders and HR leaders to embed trust, ethical leadership, and compliance into organizational DNA. His focus spans ESG-BRSR alignment, PoSH and DPDP Act compliance, and designing culture systems that balance profitability with purpose.
Prior to this, he served as Head HR at Motovolt Mobility, Regional Head of HR at SONY Electronics, and Lead HRBP at KONE Corporation, overseeing employee lifecycle management, talent strategy, and statutory compliance across multiple regions. Additionally, as Chief Consultant at Hradiance, he continues to guide organizations on DEI, wellbeing, and social impact initiatives.
