Aman brings a decade of professional experience spanning executive search, leadership advisory, and investment banking. Prior to joining Invideo, he spent more than seven years at Spencer Stuart, where he advised boards, CEOs, and private equity investors on leadership hiring, succession planning, and executive talent strategies across public, private, family-owned, and sponsor-backed organizations. His experience in partnering with senior leadership teams has provided him with deep insights into organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent transformation.
Earlier in his career, Aman worked in investment banking, advising technology companies on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions.
