She joins FirstClub with extensive experience across the Flipkart Group, having served as Director HR โ SuperMoney, where she led HR business partnering, rewards, and HR operations. Her leadership journey within the group also includesHR head at Cleartrip and Deputy Director โ People & Culture โ Human Capital at Myntra, where she contributed to people strategy and organizational development.
Beyond the Flipkart ecosystem, Sonika has held strategic HR roles at cure.fit (cult.fit), Moonfrog Labs, and Capillary Technologies, building expertise across workforce planning, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, rewards, business partnering, and organizational design.
At FirstClub, Sonika will focus on building a strong people and culture agenda, with an emphasis on developing high-performing teams, enabling talent and leadership, and fostering an enduring organizational culture.
