Prior to this elevation, Dr. Chiwane served as Director – Cardiology at Fortis Healthcare, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing interventional cardiology services. Before Fortis, he held leadership roles as Director – Cardiology at Max Healthcare and Paras Hospital, consistently driving excellence in cardiac treatment and patient outcomes across leading healthcare institutions.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Artemis Hospitals and Columbia Asia Hospitals, building deep expertise in interventional cardiology and complex cardiac procedures. He also served as an Interventional Cardiologist at Artemis Health Institute, further strengthening his clinical foundation in advanced cardiac care.
Dr. Chiwane began his journey in academia as a Senior Registrar at L.T.M.M.C and H, Sion Mumbai, followed by roles as Senior Registrar and Assistant Professor at Grant
