Dwaipayan D Chanda has been appointed as Head of Operations – India & SEA at Ingenico, taking on a strategic leadership role across India and Southeast Asian markets. With over 15 years of experience across fintech and payments, he brings extensive expertise in merchant operations, customer experience, terminal lifecycle management, inventory and logistics, service delivery, and operational transformation.
Prior to joining Ingenico, Dwaipayan spent over 12 years with Pine Labs, building deep expertise across India and Southeast Asia. As Director – SEA Operations, he led strategic operations across SEA, supporting regional expansion into markets including Singapore and the Philippines while driving operational efficiency, compliance transformation and cross-market collaboration.
Earlier at Pine Labs, he played a key role in establishing and scaling the company’s operations in Malaysia, leading local team development, infrastructure setup, regulatory onboarding, banking partnerships and payment enablement. He also held roles including Heading SEA Operations, Head of Operations – Malaysia, Project Head – APAC, Operations Manager and Key Account Manager.
At Ingenico, Dwaipayan will focus on driving operational excellence, strengthening regional capabilities and leading transformation initiatives across India and SEA, building on his extensive experience in payments operations, technology-led transformation and regional business expansion.
