Kuldeep Bishla has been elevated to the role of Business Head – Large Pack at DFM Foods, an Advent International company. In this new capacity he will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the Large Pack Business, with a focus on driving sustainable growth through strategic initiatives, process excellence, P&L management, building winning team to increase distribution footprints across channels and ensure consistent product availability to strengthen the Crax portfolio’s overall market presence.
Previously serving as Head Commercial Officer at DFM Foods, Kuldeep led key commercial functions including Sales strategy, GTM transformation, Revenue management, Trade marketing, and capability building. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning strategic goals with operational excellence.
With over 15 years of experience in the FMCG sector, Kuldeep has held regional and sector leadership roles at PepsiCo, where he headed GTM Centre of Excellence for AMESA and APAC to drive sales transformation and digitization. He also worked with Hain Celestial Group in past as National Sales Development Manager, where he helped establish their India operations for a healthier snacking portfolio. His diverse experience and results-driven approach position him well to lead the next phase of growth in his new role.
