Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited has appointed Satya Narayan Maharana as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues its growth journey in India’s manufacturing sector. Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited is one of India’s leading float glass manufacturers, known for its advanced manufacturing capabilities and strong commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. In his new role, Satya will spearhead strategic HR initiatives focused on talent transformation, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR digitalization.
Satya brings extensive experience across strategic HR leadership, workforce transformation, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, organizational
development, performance management, HR automation, and employee experience. Prior to joining Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited, he served as General Manager – HR at Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd, where he led strategic HR transformation, talent management, compensation frameworks, digital HR initiatives, and organizational effectiveness programs. He also played a key role in driving performance culture transformation, employee experience enhancement, and HR process re-engineering initiatives.
Earlier, Satya held leadership positions at Benepik as Vice President – Product, where he focused on technology-led employee engagement and rewards transformation initiatives. He also spent nearly nine years at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd across multiple leadership roles including Associate Director – HR, Head – Talent Management & Organization Development, and Head – HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits. During his tenure, he led large-scale HR transformation initiatives covering organizational design, succession planning, HR automation, rewards strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement across PAN India operations.
His professional journey also includes significant experience with HCL Technologies, where he managed HR operations and business process transformation across ASEAN and Middle East regions, along with earlier roles at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Adecco. With deep expertise spanning HR strategy, talent transformation, digital HR ecosystems, and organizational excellence, Satya’s appointment reflects Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited’s continued investment in building a future-ready, high-performance, and people-centric organization.
