Srushti Rao has been appointed as Vice President, Global Corporate Communications & PR at Sagility, taking on a strategic leadership mandate to strengthen the company’s global brand narrative and communications ecosystem. In her new role, she will oversee corporate communications, public relations, investor communications, workplace communications, and employer branding.
Srushti will play a key role in building consistent thought leadership, strengthening media engagement, and creating a unified brand experience across Sagility’s global ecosystem. Her mandate comes at an important stage as the company continues to expand its technology-led healthcare operations and transformation capabilities.
Prior to joining Sagility, Srushti held senior marketing and communications roles at XBP Global, IKS Health, and Pearl Academy, bringing diverse experience across brand building, communications, and marketing. She is an IIM Ahmedabad alumna and also holds a degree in Fine Arts.
With her blend of strategic communications expertise, creative perspective, and industry experience, Srushti is well positioned to strengthen Sagility’s brand story, thought leadership, customer-centric positioning, and employer brand as the organisation continues its global growth journey.
