Vishnu Lalchand has been appointed as Managing Director at All Is Well Consultancy, bringing more than 22 years of leadership experience across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Operations, Governance, Transformation, and Change Management. In this strategic leadership role, he will lead the organization’s efforts in leadership development, coaching, talent transformation, organizational capability building, and workplace wellbeing, helping clients build future-ready leaders, high-performing teams, and thriving workplace cultures.
Prior to joining All Is Well Consultancy, Vishnu spent 22 years with HSBC, where he held progressive leadership roles across Operations, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Governance, and Transformation, culminating in his position as Vice President – Talent Acquisition. Throughout his career, he led large-scale talent acquisition initiatives, recruitment governance programs, workforce planning strategies, process transformation efforts, and organizational change initiatives across multiple geographies.
Most recently, Vishnu played a key leadership role in driving AI-powered Talent Acquisition transformation across HSBC’s Global Capability Centres in India, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Egypt, and Sri Lanka. He led the deployment of advanced talent technologies including SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold.ai, supporting skills-based hiring, recruitment modernization, and enhanced talent decision-making at scale. His work also encompassed governance, risk management, systems transformation, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement, helping align talent strategies with evolving business priorities and future workforce needs.
Recognized for his contributions to the HR profession, Vishnu is the recipient of the BW Businessworld Iconic HR Leaders Under 50 Award 2026 and is currently pursuing the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Programme at the Indian School of Business (ISB). He also holds an Advanced Programme in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow).
