Sandeep S. has been elevated to AVP – Finance, Audit & Systems at Scitech International DMCC, Dubai. In his new role, he will lead group financial strategy, P&L management, treasury, audit, governance, and enterprise systems transformation for the organization’s pharmaceutical operations across the GCC, Central Asia, and other international markets.
Prior to this elevation, Sandeep served as Financial Controller at Scitech International DMCC, where he drove group-level financial strategy, working capital optimization, governance frameworks, board reporting, and compliance for a US FDA-approved pharmaceutical business. He played a key role in strengthening financial controls, managing multi-country operations, and supporting the company’s regional expansion initiatives.
Before joining Scitech International DMCC, Sandeep held finance leadership roles with CG Corp Global, Asian Paints, Ola Electric, and the Aditya Birla Group. Throughout his career, he has built expertise in financial planning & analysis, controllership, business finance, project finance, audit, compliance, capital investment evaluation, and commercial strategy across FMCG, manufacturing, mining, paints, electric mobility, and pharmaceutical sectors.
With over a decade of experience in finance, audit, systems transformation, and business partnering, Sandeep has consistently delivered strategic financial leadership, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.
