In his expanded role, Praveen will oversee business value realization for both Raj Petro and Shell Operating Units (OUs), with a strong focus on compliance management and integration efforts. He will also be driving growth strategy, portfolio synergies, supply chain efficiency, sourcing strategy, R&D alignment, and operational discipline across capex and opex functions.
With over 29 years of experience at renowned organizations such as Shell, Chevron, and Wartsila Praveen has built a strong legacy in techno-commercial leadership, business development, M&A execution, and service innovation. His most recent stint as Chief Technology Officer of Shell India Lubes saw him play a pivotal role in transforming the business with record-setting growth, strategic cost optimization, and customer-focused solutions.
Having served as the business lead for the Raj Petro acquisition, Praveen’s appointment now comes full circle—with a clear mandate to elevate Raj Petro’s business impact under Shell’s global framework.
